01 / Company

A long-term partner.
A local foundation.

Fortaris is an emerging Indian defence and advanced technology venture. We are developing international partnerships to bring selected technologies to Indian customers, supported by a phased path to local integration and manufacturing.

Our ambition is to build lasting capability: combining customer understanding, reliable support and industrial execution with the expertise of international technology partners.

We are currently engaging technology partners and developing our initial programmes in India.

We are evaluating complementary technologies across three areas, guided by customer needs and the scope of each partnership.

03 / Our approach

From market access
to lasting capability.

A phased partnership model. Start where the opportunity is strongest, then deepen local capability as the programme matures.

01 / CONNECT

Align on opportunity

Identify customer requirements and select the product, partnership scope and route to market.

02 / INTRODUCE

Develop the market

Build customer engagement through agreed distribution, demonstrations and product evaluation.

03 / SUPPORT

Establish local depth

Develop training, integration and service capability around the installed product base.

04 / LOCALISE

Build in India

Pursue assembly and licensed manufacturing where demand, rights and economics support investment.

Our intended model. The scope and sequence of each programme depend on agreed technology rights, product readiness, customer demand and applicable approvals.

04 / Partnerships

Global expertise.
Shared ambition.

We are seeking technology companies that see India as a long-term market and value a committed local partner.

Whether the starting point is distribution or an industrial collaboration, we believe in a clear division of responsibility and a practical plan for growth.
